Registration and Cancellation Policy

The deadline for submitting a registration is September 30, 2006.

The Symposium is open to invitees only. There is no conference fee associated with the event, but advance registration is required, and participants are asked to bear their own expenses for travel and lodging.

Your advance conference registration is an expression of your commitment to attend the conference. If your plans change, for whatever reason, please cancel your conference registration in writing via email (conferences-www@mit.edu) or fax (617-258-7005). This will allow the seat being held for you to be made available to others wishing to attend, and it will eliminate unnecessary expenditures made by the conference on your behalf. We appreciate your cooperation.

Changes

All amendments to registration information must be received in writing by fax (617-258-7005) or e-mail (conferences-www@mit.edu). No changes may be processed via telephone.
